Troy built a new fence along one side of the house. So what do you do with the old fence? Well, Troy got creative.

TWIRL GIRL

The achievement Day girls had a talent show on Wednesday. Celsee twirled her batton for us and did a great job!

It was bound to happen!

It was bound to happen! After celebrating 10 years in the United States Army and spending the last 8 years state side with the family the Army has decided it is my turn to fight. I received notification on Friday the 18Th of July to report to Fort Riley, Kansas for up to 179 days training prior to deployment in the Middle East. The Army has decided to force my hand at reenlisting. The plan was to wait it out and see what benefits I might get offered or to try and stay in San Angelo until Alisha graduated from high school. Unfortunately the Army said they are not going to wait on me and gave me an assignment. I either reenlist and go, or Get Out! So if anyone has a good tip on who is hiring let me know, for it looks as if it is time for this Soldier to pack his bags and go home.

YARD SALE

We had a yard sale on saturday. Brittney, Celsee, and their friends Jasmine and Jade had a bake sale. They sold muffins, brownies and cinnamon rolls. They had fun and made $45.00.

FLAG CAMP

Alisha spent last week at flag camp. Friday was competition. Central missed 3rd place by one point. They did great and Alisha had lots of fun. Alisha is in the back row of blue shirts with 11 on her back in the video below.

FOURTH OF JULY

W e watched the fireworks show from the Tucketts pontoon boat. We really enjoyed it and are so glad they invited us! The kids and dads watched from the roof of the boat. They say the view was awesome.
